Sonoma County Golf Resource

Healdsburg was founded in 1857 by Harmon Heald, who purchased the land from the Rancho Sotoyome land grant. Since its early days, Healdsburg has been known for its excellent produce farming. Today, it’s known as one of the capitals of wine-production in Sonoma County, producing some of the highest-quality wines in the world.

Healdsburg’s beautiful downtown plaza, historic buildings, and serene location have attracted visitors to the area for years and years. Being one of the most important wine-producing areas in the county, Healdsburg is home to some of the best world-class wineries. After finishing up a round of golf at the Healdsburg Golf Course, take a wine tasting tour or enjoy fine dining from some of the many restaurants in the area.

The city of Healdsburg proudly maintains one of the area’s most historic and scenic golf courses. Healdsburg Golf Club at Tayman Park stands out from other courses in the area with its multi-tiered, all-weather driving range and exquisite views of Fitch Mountain and the Alexander Valley, offering visitors a truly unique golfing experience. Healdsburg Golf Club also partners with some of the best local microbreweries and wineries in the area. Each hole of the course is sponsored by a brewery or winery and their libations are served at the club’s full bar.

Enjoy a glass of some of the world’s best wine on the outdoor patio or tee off among massive oak trees when you visit Healdsburg Golf Club at Tayman Park.
